Shipping Policy:
We take every precaution when packaging your order to ensure it arrives undamaged. Jars and other glass containers are secured in air-bubble or foam cushioning.
If you select FedEx as your carrier, please note that insurance is included in the shipping cost. FedEx provides insurance on all packages valued up to $100 free of charge.
In case your insured mailing has been lost or damaged in transit you can recover the value of your order by filing an insurance claim. To file an insurance claim, the carrier requires you to present the damaged package. In the unlikely event your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please contact us via-e-mail so that we may assist you in filing the claim. Buylafede.com, LLC can not file insurance claims on your behalf.
Buylafede.com, LLC is not liable for orders that are lost or damaged in transit.
Buylafede.com, LLC reserves the right to substitute any like item of equal or greater value.
General Returns Policy
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. You may return new, unopened nonperishable items sold and fulfilled by Buylafede.com, LLC within 30 days of delivery for a refund (shipping and return postage are not refundable). We’ll pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (incorrect merchandise shipped).
All returns must be new, unopened, unused, and all original packaging and accessories. Perishable and special order items are non-returnable. We cannot accept returns of products that have been used, washed, or altered.
